My solution was to develop a "New Mom Checklist"—a thoughtfully curated guide featuring all the essential items in a whimsical, relatable format. Paired with a user-friendly mobile experience, this checklist made shopping effortless and enjoyable for new moms.
One of the key shopping experiences for customers is the Product Information Page (PIP). To educate the entire Rejuvenation team, I created a comprehensive guide that breaks down the significance of each PIP element. This resource highlights everything from educational content and product details to cart-building strategies, ensuring a deeper understanding of how to optimize the shopping experience.

Well known for their toddler and kids clothes, OshKosh was looking for a way into the hyper-competitive newborn apparel market. I developed this interactive shop that captured the essence of babyhood through dramatic photography, video and storytelling to make Baby B’gosh’s first steps a true success.
In 2019, Carter’s took on one of the company’s biggest initiative which was launching their own private label credit card to support corporate goals of increasing sales volume, deepening customer loyalty, and improving profitability. I was responsible for all of the e-Commerce creative as well as the UX/UI for the site experience.
